In the paper one of the English Language exam, the student's ability is tested on his effective use of the Language as a means of communication. The test is basically designed to look critically at student's ability to express themselves with detailed analysis in an appropriate and clear order, that suits the needs of the audience, purpose, topic and situation before them. Therefore, the student is tested on writing an argumentative, narrative, exposition, descriptive essays, creative and letter writing.
